Dez Bryant seems to have finally found a home.
— Dez Bryant (@DezBryant) November 7, 2018
The news was first reported by Jeff Duncan of The Times-Picayune.
The former All-Pro receiver went unsigned after being released by the Dallas Cowboys in April. He reportedly rejected a multi-year offer from the Baltimore Ravens shortly after his release and later worked out with the Cleveland Browns near the end of the offseason.
Bryant boasts career totals of 531 receptions, 7,459 yards, and 73 touchdowns over 113 games. His last 1,000-yard, double-digit touchdown season was in 2014, though he was named to the Pro Bowl in 2016.
Michael Thomas leads the Saints with 70 receptions, 880 yards, and five receiving touchdowns this season. But the team's been a little thin at the position after Ted Ginn was placed on injured reserve last month. Rookie Tre'Quan Smith is the next-best wide receiver behind running back Alvin Kamara and tight end Benjamin Watson.
Bryant will return to Dallas with his new team on Thursday night of Week 13.
